1. Shipping & Delivery

 

• Shipping Fee: We are delighted to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

• Processing: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order ships.

 

2. Returns & Exchanges

 

• Eligibility: Due to the nature of luxury fragrances, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

• Condition: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused, and have the original factory seal intact.

• Non-Returnable: We cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened, sampled, or where the original seal has been broken.

 

3. Gift Services

 

• Availability: We offer beautiful gift wrapping and the option for a personalized message during checkout.

• Cost: This service is available for an additional charge of Rs.50 per order.
