Shipping Policy 

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

 

 

Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed within

    1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

  • High-Volume Periods: Please allow for longer processing times during peak holiday seasons or large promotional sales. 

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over 5000 Rs. 

  • Tracking Your Order

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item subject to the following guidelines.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

  • You have 3 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging and have all tags/labels attached.

  • Non-returnable items:

     e.g., Gift cards, used or broken, damaged, item different from the original item, 

    are exempt from being returned.

 

How to Initiate a Return

    with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with sending your package.

  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within

    5-10business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

    for instructions.

 

Damages and Issues

 

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • You must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos and Videos of the damage to
